are you crazy? !
surely we’re not going to stay trapped in mental frameworks
that have been instilled, ingrained, programmed, self-imposed and internalised … ? !
the worm is in the apple
the more caught up we are, the more we struggle, the more we want to analyse, understand, resolve
the more we get bogged down, the more we fret, the more we exhaust ourselves, and the tighter the noose gets

we may say, “Yes, I know, it’s all in my mind, I’m too much in my head
“Yes, I need to let go of my mind, ground myself in my body, refocus…”
we’re aware of it, we say it, and yet we carry on as before

or else, radio silence, we smooth things over: ‘Everything’s fine, I’m handling it, I’m getting through this, I’ll manage…’
another internalised mental dead end

or again, in a more ethereal version: ‘I’ve received the message, I’ve been called, I feel guided, this is my mission…’
is that really your vibe?
Henri Salvador, Get that into your head!
even in moments of great clarity, in one way or another, our mental patterns are at work, often without us realising it
the problem lies in identification: the patterns are so ingrained that they feed on themselves; they become part of our identity!
we live through them; we mistake ourselves for them
and, worse still, the very fact of being who we are perpetuates them
the system operates in a loop, a closed circuit, without any external input
it’s effective and vicious!

so – what then?
banging our heads against a brick wall?
the upside of dead ends is that they have an o p e n side!
but where exactly is that opening?
in resonance with the vibrations of the frequency field in which we are immersed, oscillations appear and they tend either to fall into coherence or to shatter the system
so within the mental structure it cracks on all sides, it fissures, life bursts forth, it splashes, it disturbs, it deconstructs, it blows the locks and defences sky-high…
and it brings to light… s o m e t h i n g e l s e

something fresh, sensitive, tender, delicate, vulnerable, youthful
you, me, us
more real
more alive
