breath is everywhere
it is life itself
through the breath
you can connect with yourself, others, the world, the universe, the One
you can also help to harmonise the web of life on Earth
so why not play with the breath?
like when you blow on a dandelion flower
and another space opens up…

since the workshops began; I also feel that my sense of smell has become much more acute (which isn’t always pleasant) J
I’m beginning to sense, in tiny glimpses, just how restful it can be to trust, to let the body do its thing, to let the breath go where it will, to find its own space D
I’ve really discovered ujjāyiį Incredible! ! Letting it happen, without control, without will… profound sensations and a much broader perspective for exploration!
I was taken by surprise by an intense emotion; tears welled up in my eyes at the description of the sensation of udāna F
