fixing your attention, staying focused, concentrating, clarifying your thoughts
I offer a series of nine online meetings over three months, with one-hour sessions on Thursday mornings or evenings (or both)
your breath, its movements and modulations are brought within your reach in tune with the rhythm of the day, the season, your needs and your personal integration
it is a simple, accessible, down-to-earth experience… it is both grounding and liberating
you are accompanied step by step in a unique experience, specific to each session
on the day of the sessions, the space remains open throughout the day, and you can enter at any time
finally, the replay allows you to revisit the experience and deepen your understanding
it is an opportunity to take up prānāyāma again, to deepen and refine your knowledge, but also to discover the universe and potential of the breath
