sacred sacrum

invited by Vinoyoga Grand-Ouest, I will be hosting a two day workshop in Anjou ! 

I offer you an immersion into the intelligence of the body, following two winding paths that intersect :
– the body as vibrant matter and the foundation of our human life on earth
– the body as a reference point, at the interface between the earth and the cosmos, and as a resource, in dissonance, the loss of alignment with universal laws when disorders or pathologies appear

anchor, focal point, receiver-transmitter… we will consider the sacrum as a tuning key to find/stay in tune with a complex, multi-dimensional human reality undergoing radical transformation.

the workshop is open to everyone, even those without much experience of yoga. The practices will be flexible and adaptable to meet everyone’s needs.
