sown your wildest dreams
without even a clue about the seeds
here you are, centred in yourself, still and clear
at the heart of the world
simply reflecting the fragile balance of appearing and disappearing shapes
mind and heart being one
allow what is to be, allow that opening within, fear not
breathing in and out, a rhythm and a refuge
